This is one story I will be following.
I cannot believe the state of our condition. I cannot believe that nobody has come forward. I cannot believe people continued to shop. I cannot believe this even happened. I sure hope that electronic device of choice was worth trampling the life out of someone.
Sick
Sick
Sick
I was kidding in my post about people getting shot. Too bad I was right — in a round about sort of way. It’s just too bad I was right.
Next year folks — do what I suggested — STAY THE HELL HOME!

Don’t have to warn me on that one! I avoid it like the plague.
We shopped online for most of our stuff. I agree with you. I already try to stay the H-E-double hockey sticks away.
Sick, over something that doesn’t matter.
I’ll be keeping my eye on this story as well. Can you imagine what it must feel like to wonder if you actually stomped someone to death???? How can these people live with themselves?
But you girlfriend are not one of these people and for that
stop by my blog http://iwhispertogod.blogspot.com/2008/12/and-award-goes-to.html
there is an award there for you and your blog.
Lorna: I gushed on your blog!! LOL!! Thank you sweets! About this story — Rich and i were discussing it last night and I told him that I’ll bet a lot of those people could not avoid stepping on or around him. When a crowd surges from behind and you are shoved it’s everything you can do to stay on your own feet. There were 4 other people hospitalized — one was an 8 month pregnant woman (that would be my size right now). But wow. What a horrible experience. I still cannot believe people complained about the store closing and continued to shop. Horrific!

Aaaaaahhhhhhmmmmm, you said a bad word. That’s okay. I was reprimanded by my seven year old for saying “well crap” during the Mizzou/KU game. I was offered other suggestions like, oh rats and oh my goodness. Bless his heart, if he only knew what I really wanted to say!
Seriously though the story was horribly tragic. Chris and I looked at each other in total disgust. No amount of savings is worth someone’s life.
